Someone clued me in on one that I had somehow missed. She has bumped the previous holder of the number two spot of all time arrests. She is known by many names, but her rni number belongs to Carolyn Laury. Basically she is a prosititute, but her last arrest was for POSS COCAINE W/I MANUF/SELL/DEL. She has also had the assortment pack. Somehow the system has failed to rehabilitate her, or maybe she doesn't want to be rehabilitated. Either way her history is what it is.
