Thug of the Week - 5-8-2008
Makes You Want to Yell like Tarzan!

Click to Enlarge Clarence Barber, RNI# 42884, is one of the 10 most arrested in Shelby County, coming in with 175 arrests. Five of those arrests have occured this year.

Once again, we have a thug who has been charged with almost every crime, but murder. His more serious crimes are:
VANDALISM $1000.00-$10000.00 06/16/2005 11/08/2006 GR
VANDALISM $1000.00-$10000.00 06/16/2005 06/08/2006 GR

THEFT OF PROPERTY $500 OR LESS 08/28/2001 04/16/2002 GP

Then there is the usual litany of criminal trespass, shoplifting, theft under $500.00 etc. It appears Clarence has gone from attempting to rob, assault, burglarize and sell drugs, to being a more "common criminal". I think Clarence understands that the more serious crimes carry more time, and he also correctly assumes the courts will just slap his hands. I really hope some judges are reading this blog.... This week, we also are taking time to honor another rising star. When I was a kid, I used to watch Tarzan, every Saturday. I guess baby's momma did too. She knew it was going to be a jungle out there! I wonder if this Tarzan can do that yell thingy? Tarzan Foster is a "rising star" in thugdom. Tarzan, aka Tyrone, has been arrested 84 times, but only once this year. He is currently in jail for Criminal Trespass.

I arrested Tarzan Foster a couple of times when I was riding in the West end, he was very sensitive about the name Tarzan, he had told me his first and middle initials but refused to tell what they stood for. When I found out that the "T" was for Tarzan, he got mad. I thought it was great! I hope he smells better these days!
