Number Four and Five

Number four hasn't been heard from since 1999, so she may be deceased or in prison somewhere or maybe after 137 arrests, she finally got it. Probably not. Anyway, since she has ceased vying for the award, she is hereby disqualified and we move on the the next contestant. Clarence Barber is still aggressively pursuing the prize, as he was last arrested in March of this year on McLemore after being sentenced last October for THEFT OF PROPERTY $500 OR LESS. I guess he did his weekend sentence. While Mr Barber is only 48 years of age, he has amassed an impressive number of arrests - 133. Here's his portfolio:
